She is a graduate of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Leadership Bluegrass program, Vice Chair of the Colorado AES Chapter, board member of the Recording Academy – San Francisco Chapter, and chapter head for Colorado’s branch of SoundGirls.org.

To say it was a pleasure to work with Ellie on this project would be a vast understatement! We laughed, we discussed, we laughed some more, we learned and collaborated and discovered. And at the end we came out with this record fully formed, a work of art and a force of song. I feel so grateful that she trusted me with her artistic vision. –Anna Frick
