Ellie Grace discovered clay and the potter’s wheel as a young child, and it was love at first throw. The messy love affair resumed in college, morphing into a rather serious relationship. After a long separation, a joyful reunion occurred several years ago in the mountains of Asheville, NC and, more recently, as a member of the Kansas City Clay Guild. Ellie’s passion is throwing pottery you can use every day, glazed with the colors of the earth…clearly someone raised by very practical hippies.
